2030 Targets
- 50% reduction in carbon emissions for Scope-1 and Scope-2
- 80% sustainable fiber use in products
- Ensuring that annual average electricity consumption does not exceed 0.7 kw per unit meter
- 60% of white-collar employees to be women, and 50% female employee representation in the general employee ratio
- 100% critical suppliers to have ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) evaluations and strategy follow-ups
- Employee engagement rate to be at 85% level
